Summary: We stayed here for 3 nights and loved the house. The house is very well maintain with great decor; the house owners have great taste! The price was well worth it and we would definitely stay here again. Two things to flag though: 1) the listing says 5 bedrooms but it's only 4 bedrooms on the second floor and a futon (Hide-A-Bed) in the basement. I don't consider the basement a 5th bedroom. The listing also says Queen size bedrooms but they felt much smaller (both width and length). My wife is 5' 5 and her feet were sticking off the bed. Not sure if this a Canadian size thing or if the beds are smaller than Queen. 2) As other reviews said, the AC unit is on the second floor so it gets really warm on the first floor. We had all windows and doors closed but felt very warm and sweaty. There is no fan and with the AC not being strong enough, we eventually had to open the windows while sitting and playing board games on the first floor. There are bugs in the area so opening windows isn't ideal but that was our best option. I would recommend bring a portal fan or two if you can. All in all, very nice place and I would highly recommend if you can get past the two flags above.

Summary: I came to visit Montreal with a group of friends & family and we loved this house. Looks small from the front but once you are inside you couldn't believe all the space! It is a beautiful modern home in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed on a beautiful weekend, a dip in pool was a nice touch. It was only 20 mins away from all the action in Montreal. Only downfall is that there is only one shower. Since I went with all women, well you can only imagine lol but overall it was a great stay and recommend anyone to stay here who would like to visit Canada. Thank you Tom & thank the wifey. for me for letting us stay in your home. :)

Summary: The house was spacious and in a nice neighborhood, had a great outdoor deck with a nice grill and hot tub. Owner was helpful and easy going. House was further than advertised from downtown Montreal but not by much (approx 25 minutes). Was overall a great experience

Summary: We are so lucky to have found this place and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone visiting Montreal!! The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space is unbelievable.... Pool, hot tub, kids climbing structure, multi level patios to enjoy the shaded back yard. I would love to recreate the yard at my place:). Tom was great to deal with , very prompt communication before and during our stay. Wish we could of stayed longer. We will definitely be staying here again during our next visit to Montreal!!

Summary: I went to Montreal from the US with 4 friends and we all really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very welcoming and clean when we got there. The owner has been in contact with me well before or trip and made sure we got there okay. He also checked in with us later on to make sure everything was going well. There was a booklet with instructions on where things are and how to use the tv and hot tub. The kitchen and grill were great and we cooked a lot of food. The house is close enough to downtown montreal to explore the city and there are grocery stores nearby. Overall a great experience at a great price!

Summary: This house is absolutely outstanding! If you're looking for a nice place to stay with friends or family near Montreal, I HIGHLY recommend it. The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from Montreal. Tom keeps the house looking amazing. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms with Full/Queen beds and 1 full bathroom. In the basement, there is a fold out futon and a couch/recliner in the basement TV room. On the main floor is a half bath with washer/dryer along with the kitchen, dining and living areas which are spectacular, clean and updated! If you go during the warm months he as a great deck with seating for at least 8 and a covered patio with table and chairs that can also seat 8! He has a very nice above ground pool and a hot tub right off the deck. Tom stayed in contact with me throughout our stay to ensure we were having a great time!

Summary: We recently traveled up to Montreal for a long weekend away. The house was beautiful and had everything you could ask for - fully equipped kitchen, lots of room and lovely shaded outdoor deck with a large bbq. There was also a hot tub, a big pool and a children's play area that we unfortunately did not have the time to take advantage of. Our party of 8 - consisting of 4 adults and 4 children had more than enough room. The kids enjoyed the TV room downstairs and the adults enjoyed a quiet back deck! The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfy. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is located about 20 minutes from downtown via major roadways. We made several trips downtown without any problems. There are two main grocery stores within walking distance which was helpful. The owner Tom, was a pleasure work with and he made himself available to us if we had any questions, concerns during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
